The roof Replacement went OK, I guess.
There was a misunderstanding on my part that the siding on the dormers Would be replaced. That turned out not to be the case and the result is that the dormers look better but incomplete.
Also, the drip edge meeting the gutter is inconsistent resulting in an unprofessional appearance.

Tony and his team replaced the roof on our house and we couldn't be more pleased. We had two layers removed and various repairs done. The work was professionally and perfectly done. The entire process was thoroughly explained by Tony and his team executed the plan on roofing day without delay and to perfection. The roof was done on day 1 and the metal work took only a few hours on day 2. The shingles look great on our house and the metal work, including other fixes, demonstrates Bakeris' attention to detail. The estimate was reasonable and the results far exceeded our expectations. Five stars is earned and well deserved. We highly recommend Bakeris Roofing to our family, friends and anyone needing a new roof, roof repairs or any of the services they provide.

Do I need to replace the entire roof? Can I repair specific sections?
The decision between repairing specific sections or replacing the entire roof depends on various factors. Our roofing experts can conduct a thorough inspection to determine the most suitable option for your specific situation.

After severe weather damage, it's important to contact your insurance company first. Document the damage with photographs, then schedule a professional inspection to assess the extent of the damage. Is it possible to install a new roof over the existing one? Is a tear-off necessary?
Installing a new roof over an existing one is generally not recommended. This approach often voids the shingle manufacturer's warranty, and most reputable roofing companies avoid this practice as it can compromise their own warranties. With our extensive experience in the industry, we at Bakeris Roofing advise against this method. We prioritize long-lasting, high-quality roofing solutions and would be happy to discuss our recommended installation processes with you.
