  Requested them to come quote me on adding a plug in the garage for my new EV (well, for the EV Charger I was installing). Luke came out and quoted me a price (on a Saturday), which was initially higher that another quote I'd gotten. He did some dabbling on his iPad, was able to price match my other quote, and then pleasantly surprised me when he said "and I can get that done today"!! He completed the work, explained what he did, gave me a military discount when I asked, and was on his way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

  As part of the Coventry Complex in Glendale the building I am in #201 I was part of the installation of the updated alarm system ... the workers that were in this building were personable and efficient. I spoke with them often as the work progressed and they answered my questions .... The first day they were in my apartment I was at an appointment and returned to barely even realizing that they had done the first part of the project... They made sure that everything was cleaned up leaving no evidence that they had even been inside.... I would not hesitate to recommend Midwest Electric in the future... I certainly hope that you can recognize the 3 workers that I interacted with and compliment them for me.... In this day and age good employees are a treasure... I know I just closed my own business after 40 years and finding employees that are good and trustworthy is so valuable....sincerely, Mary Seramur

  Jeffrey came to help me put up a new TV. He was professional, friendly, helpful and very patient. He offered me 3 options in getting the new TV mounted above the fireplace. He provided me with the potential cost of each option before I needed to decide. Jeffrey was willing to try the first option out so I could see how it fit and looked. He was able to adjust the mount and it worked perfectly!! WireOne is lucky to have Jeffrey on their team!!

  Jeffrey Gregory was excellent. Respectful of property. Bathroom lights were tripping frequently. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. Checked with business on warranty, clearly explained what would be covered or not. Bonus advise provided on changing smoke detectors and installing carbon monoxide detectors in overlooked living space. Thank you! The breaker tripped again the following day. Chad stopped by and said he would not leave until he figured out the issue. The reset button in the GFCI did not click when reset. That issue was resolved. It has been a week and no issues with the breaker tripping. Thanks Chad!
