  We are very satisfied with the care and quality of craftsmanship given to our new addition. Since this project was rather unique , Jake worked with us regarding our ideas but wasn’t afraid to guide us in another direction when necessary. Cody and the rest of the crew were hard working and professional. We highly recommend Christner Contracting.

  It was nearly impossible to get them to come out and fix problems that weren’t done right the first time. I am still working on issues they didn’t do right the first time. Another contractor told me the did a poor job or used cheap materials in many places on my roof. They just don’t care.

  CCI did phenomenal job on our kitchen and meeting room renovation at the Food Bank of Iowa - Ottumwa Distribution Center. Everything about the experience was beyond our expectations. From the sharp quote and quick start, to helping us problem solve along the way, through the final sweep up and wipe down, they were a class act! Everyone was courteous, tidy, and quiet throughout the project. For a major demo it barely interrupted our normal work schedule. We look forward to working with them in the future.
