The new design has no ground contact with wood on the structure, rather Morton uses concrete anchors to attach the wood structure. Special coating on the roof material and superior engineered, tested, and certified wood. Sliding doors are constructed with aluminum frame versus wood for a lighter, cleaner looking door. A superior building compared to any other vendor.
