  If you are looking for an honest, committed company who will help you navigate whatever project you need done, Diamond Ridge is who you should call. When I discovered that the company who replaced my roof three years ago made a serious mistake that resulted in major damage to the entire upper half of my house, I called Diamond Ridge for an inspection of the damage and a quote for repair, and they sent Sawyer Shaw to come take a look. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful Sawyer has been in assisting me in navigating this nightmare. He came and thoroughly inspected the attic space/roof, gave me a detailed report with photos and videos, advised me to have mold mitigation and insulation experts come to assess the damage/give quotes, and then actually coordinated with those companies for me to get them here as quickly as possible. As I was trying to manage work, an insurance claim against the original roofing company, and everything that goes with unexpectedly having to sell your house as quickly as possible, his help in coordinating this was absolutely invaluable. Throughout the entire process, Sawyer checked in with me regularly, answered any questions I had (and if he didn’t have the answer, he got it for me or put me in touch with who did), and always offered to help in any way. He even came back to the house when the original roofing company’s insurance adjuster came to inspect it, as I wanted a professional to be here with me to help interpret what the adjuster told me and honestly, because I needed some moral support with it. As it turns out, I will be selling this house before the repairs can be done, so it is unlikely that Diamond Ridge will even make any money after all of this effort. Even after he knew this was the case, Sawyer and Diamond Ridge have remained committed to helping me as much as possible in my efforts to receive proper compensation for this nightmare. I truly respect and appreciate Sawyer's attitude of trying to help someone in a difficult situation, regardless of whether or not his company will profit from it; his knowledge and expertise; his integrity and friendly demeanor; and his willingness to go above and beyond, just because it’s the right thing to do. I think this speaks not only to Sawyer as an individual, but also the company he works for. In summary, I would very, very highly recommend Diamond Ridge to anyone (and will be recommending them to the buyers for when they need to have these repairs made.) Thank you so much, Sawyer!

  Review for Sawyer We were extremely impressed with our experience with Diamond Ridge. Sawyer, who was our project manager, quickly responded to our request for an estimate on siding and a new roof. He listened to what we envisioned and gave us guidance about options and possibilities. He went over his initial design with us and made changes as we walked through it. He worked with our schedule to make sure we were going to be home when the siding went up in case we had any last minute changes. The crew was very professional and did meticulous work. In the end it totally transformed the look of our home.
