  Had one of their guys come out to fix sump pump. All they did was replace the battery back up and control panel. Charged around $1200. Didn't fix the issue and ended up figuring it out ourselves after. The man who came over was also being tailed by a police officer who sat there and watched him the entire time he worked outside. I tried to pay them right after the job and they said they'd bill me. Didn't get a bill for nearly 5 months, by that time I couldn't pay in full so did payments. The owner came to my home and knocked on my door after hours, months later while I was putting my kids to sleep. Demanding payment, when they declined my payment in full at the time of service. This was by far the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered with a company. Not only did they over charge me up the rear and not fix the issue, but then didn't bill us for months and came over to my home three times in evening hours instead of sending a simple email or calling. Then to have a criminal working on customers homes. BEWARE.

  Requested they replace shower handle. Took them 4-5 visits to get it right. This is a plumbing company? They charge for every visit without informing you. You the customer get to pay for their learning. Shower handle bill was over $1k. Was fascinated by their lack of communication that I was still being charged for every visit of them to learn and it took a week between visits. Every time I was told it would be handled next visit. When all was said and done they left tools behind.

  Did a great repair of our cracked drain pipe under our slab home. Would definitely use this plumber again.

  I had a water softer put in and it was not properly installed and my laundry room flooded and Seeped under the wall into my finish area and soaked my carpet. I had to throw away things my children had made when they were little, it ruined my printer, shoes and an expensive handbag. I took photos and emailed the owner he said he would send someone out. Meanwhile I called the manufacturer of the water softener and he asked me to check on the back to see if the tube was connected where the unit dumps water at night. I checked and there was no tube connected. When the plumber put the unit in I asked him if he had ever worked with these he said yes. We talked a min about it so I figured he knew what he was doing. They came back over in the afternoon and put the tube on and after paying them 575.00 for the initial installation of the water softener and reverse osmosis I am at a loss because my carpet has salt water in it my printer is ruined and I lost my children’s things from when they were little. The plumber who installed it never said sorry, the owner never offered to replace my printer or even have my carpets cleaned. Using them cost me a lot more than 575.00!!
