I had no clue what type of carpeting I wanted or needed to recarpet my house, changing out from the cheap, builder grade, poorly installed carpet that was in my house. From the first moment I met Logan, he sensed my lack of knowledge, and he immediately put me at ease. He listened, and then walked me through the best options, and really took the time to explain what was the best, and not the most expensive way to go. So happy with the purchase, but most important with the customer service by Logan. Then, on January 10, 2026, I returned to The Flooring Guys for Logan’s help once again. My son, needed to recarpet his entire house in anticipation of selling the house, as he was moving. Logan helped us choose what carpet was best for the situation, and the new carpet was installed on January 21st. That is what customer satisfaction is all about, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Logan for any flooring need.
