I was making a snap decision to completely change the flooring from the damaged carpet to LVP, all on a budget. Ryan was there and helped me immediately to show me what my options were. He made some calls to verify that he would have a crew available so quickly. From start to finish he stayed positive and was so adaptable. He came over the next day to officially measure my basement and brought the samples so I could visualize the final look. Even then, I completely changed my mind and went with a different color of LVP, and he made it happen. Monday morning, Antonio showed up with one other gentleman, and they knocked the whole thing out. My young grandson and my big dogs were so curious and the whole time they kept going downstairs to check on the work. This crew was so kind to everyone in my household and did amazing work. Ryan kept checking in throughout the entire process over those few days. My basement looks better than I even could have imagined. Thank you!!!
