  He was a very pleasant person also help me set up for a smell of gas that I think I have. Put in a new plug-in for me. Would use him again for all my electrical needs. I give him six stars very nice person. I'm going to need a couple more plugins put in in the future will want to use the same person.

  Connor Jones did an amazing job as our plumber and we were really impressed with his work. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful from the moment he arrived. He took the time to explain what the issue was and how he was going to fix it, which made us feel a lot more comfortable. Connor worked efficiently and made sure everything was done properly before leaving. He also checked that everything was running smoothly and that the problem was fully solved. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping his customers. I would highly recommend Connor Jones to anyone who needs a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy plumber.

  Called for urgent service to replace my only toilet when the tank cracked and was leaking water everywhere. I immediately thought of Schaal because they had a technician at my next door neighbor’s house 3 days earlier. No technician showed for my service request and I received a phone call at 7:30pm to tell me I was out of their service area. When I asked why I was out of their service area, but my neighbor isn’t, I received no explanation. Apparently, don’t call Schaal y’all.

  I had a great experience with the HVAC technician Quinn who came out to fix my heater. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the entire process, what needed to be repaired, what might need to be replaced in the future, and how I can properly maintain the system to keep it running well. I really appreciated how transparent and thorough he was. It made me feel confident that the job was done right. Highly recommend!

  Our old furnace that hadn't been serviced for many years went out. Called Schaal and they were quick to send someone out to see what was wrong. While he couldn't find the exact cause, he was able to wiggle some wires and get it going again. He performed a very thorough diagnostic and provided some very useful info/details and left his card so we could discuss and get back to him about the route we wanted to take. (Hence why Schaals get some stars in my review.) There were a lot of overwhelming problems/safety issues that he found so we decided it would be a better investment to get a brand new furnace. We called the technicians number that was on his business card to get a quote, and he never called back. We waited five days to hear back from him but ultimately ended up reaching out to Golden Rule and they were able to get us set up with a brand new furnace/AC combo the next day! Would've loved to go through Schaal since they were so diligent in their inspection, but it was a time-sensitive matter and not getting a call back put a damper in that plan.
