He researched a quote on my patio door repair and updated me several times within a week to let me know that he was waiting on some information. He provided a free estimate, and in discussing the project, his experience was really evident. Ron's quote was quite reasonable, and he was willing to negotiate some other options. If budget was not an issue, I would have gone with him for the repair, without question.
