  Astrel came and unclogged our floor drain and he is such a GREAT MAN so much so that I even fed him. You should be honored to have an employee like him and would love to have him again if I another problem

  I called to schedule an appointment to get the washer hose repaired in a duplex. We were scheduled for the next morning. Which said to me they didn't have much on their books. At 8:00am they texted to confirm the appointment (which was supposed to be between 10am and noon) At almost 1:00 they text to say there have been a high volume of emergency calls. At 3:00pm they reschedule us to the next day. (in the morning). Again - confirming text around 8am (again between 10 and noon) - then after 2pm - another message claiming high volume of emergency calls. They say they will text when he is in route. 4pm - I'm texting for an update. They have none. I call - still none - then at 4:50pm they call to say they need to reschedule - again. I have no idea if they actually had that many emergency calls - I'm guessing they have exactly one plumber and that is the issue - because that seems very unlikely. So - if you want your plumbing issue fixed - I would call Service Legends or Schaal or Holt - or ANYBODY except for this business.

  Cody and Jarrod were very helpful when the city sewer backed up into our house. Jarrod got us through a crappy situation and pointed us in the right direction for a cleanup company.

  I was scared to death of the clogs in my bathroom and Astrel came in so kind and friendly and fixed the problem in no time. It was more reasonably priced than I could have imagined.
