  Don't do it! Spent 3 hours in a window consultation that felt like we were locked in a timeshare pitch. Each time we said no, the price went down. If they can't be straight about the price upfront, what else are they hiding? Salesperson also played the guilt game by telling us he had to drive 2 hours each direction, and how he could lose potential business if he had to come back. It's not our fault he had to drive 2 hours, and he need not worry, we won't be asking him back. Salesperson was knowledgeable, product seemed decent quality, price was ridiculous!!! Twice as expensive for 1/2 the number of windows as other estimates.

  I recently had a shower installed & couldnt be more thrilled! Our installer was LEVI and he was wonderful to work with! Levi was informative, always made sure to ask my opinion & let me know adjustments he was making before doing them, and was professional. Levi has a calming, friendly demeanor & I felt at easy talking with him. Five out of Five. 100 percent. Would definitely recommend Levi for anyone's MadCity needs!

  We paid a very large amount of money to Mad City for a bathtub remodel in January. Within a month we began experiencing problems with the plumbing. The problems got worse until last week when the tub and sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain at all. Mad City sent out a technician who also couldn't unplug the drain. They said they would send out the plumber. Three days and two phone calls on our part later, we were told they weren't coming because they determined it wasn't their responsibility. Never mind that we had gone nearly the whole week without access to a shower. We've had another plumber out who ran a camera through and jetted the line. They believe the pipe is broken and that we're going to have to remove the tub or the cupboards behind the tub to jackhammer through the cement slab to fix it. Now that Mad City has been paid, they have no concern for our situation. Horrible service! I would never recommend this company.

  A sales rep came to our home and was incredibly rude to my husband. He couldn't take "no" or "we aren't interested" as an answer and when he realized he wasn't getting anywhere with my husband, he asked who the other homeowner was so he could talk to them. My husband AGAIN told him that we weren't interested to which the sales rep said "if you weren't interested you wouldn't still be out here talking to me." After all of this he told my husband that we "didn't have pay back the work if we didn't want to." Even if this company did good work I would never go through them now. They sent they absolute worst sales person out that they could have.

  Mad City and Wyatt Meyer (the installer) did an amazing job of prov8d8ng us with two new bathtubs in our new house. We just moved here 2 months ago, and they have impresses us from the first interaction. Wyatt cleaned up his mess very well after he was done and I really appreciated that! He was so careful, anf even took down some extra decor before he started the demo just to make sure it wouldn't fall down and get damaged. Thank you very much!!
