  This was an excellent experience. We were able to get an appointment the next day, and we had a fantastic service person, Nick! Excellent problem-solving skills and worked quickly. Very happy with this company and the way they sent reminders for the appointment. If anything else goes wrong with our Samsung appliances, they will be the first call without a doubt! Highly recommend!

  We have had Greens help us with two fridges and now a washing machine and we have been so happy with the service and professionalism they provide. Our technician, Quest was incredibly helpful in describing the issue and the options to fix our machine. We were able to get the washer fixed in the same day and I know we couldn’t have done it on our own. I highly recommend Greens!

  Didn’t fix the problem. Sent this for me to review before even calling and letting Me know that it wasn’t fixed. Hopefully my five star review didn’t get posted. This is a rental property so I was not there to see if it was fixed or not and my tenant just texted and said and I quote, “there’s nothing I can do.” The stove is two months old and it’s an indicator light. This should be a pretty easy fix.

  We had a kerfuffle with our stove door and needed it fixed quickly- to cook dinner but also to prep for a project starting in a couple days. We found Greens through a referral service on the internet. The AI interaction was odd, but inevitable. An appointment time with Greens was set up and, as the time neared, we received a call that the tech was on the way. Then we received a text introducing us to Mike, a little about him, and that he was on his way. We had a great experience with him. Our problem was fast to fix. Mike was very professional and interesting to talk to. We’re super grateful for the speedy and efficient experience. Would recommend to anyone!

  Brian diagnosed a problem with my dishwasher. He was very thorough, carefully explained the problem and answered my questions. Although he had to give me bad news I appreciate his thoroughness and the time he took to explain the options. He made arrangements for an electrician to repair a problem with the outlet that caused the problem with the dishwasher. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely contact Green’s if I have a problem with an appliance in the future.
