  Levi and his team always do a great job!! I have had them do all our closets over the years, and garage speckled floor, and garage cabinets. Great quality products and great quality install. What more could you ask for.

  Premier Garage transformed our garage into a space we love. They fixed every crack in the concrete floor, designed stylish closets that serve all purposes from golf to tools, and did all this with professionalism and kindness. We are thrilled with our new floors and total look and strongly recommend this family operated business.

  So I used Levi, Joy and Dave to do a garage floor a few years ago. They used a new product (my choice!) on the floor and the install didn't go very smoothly as the product was proving difficult to work with. But they got it done - and did it right. Then, this winter, I noticed the floor was starting to bubble. Ugh. So, this summer I called Levi and had him come take a look. He was at my house no more than 3 minutes when he looked at me and said "This is our fault. We will tear it up and do it again at no cost to you." What? How often do you hear that these days? And that's exactly what they did. And did it very, very well. And communicated like crazy through the process. Folks - there aren't a lot of small businesses that stand behind their work like this anymore. They need to be supported and recognized for the work they do and the care they take for their customers. Please, please, please consider the Halfpaps and Tailored Living Iowa if you're looking for this type of work. You'll be very happy you did.

  We were referred to Tailored Living by a close friend, and they did not disappoint. Levi proved to be knowledgeable about every aspect of garage design, and patiently assisted us in evaluating countless color, finish and design options for our garage. Dave and Joy were a pleasure to work with as well, always going the extra mile to do right by the client. The finished product is better than we imagined, and they clearly standby their work if any issues were to arise. We'll use them again on future indoor storage projects. Can't recommend them strongly enough.

  Great floors, great service, great quality! They are very professional, showing up with samples of exactly what the floors will look like. I called a second company just to get a second quote and they did not come close in professionalism and customer service. Thank you for making or basement great!
