He took the time and explained everything to us before he began and as things popped up in the project, he made sure that we were OK with any changes that needed to be made. Keenan was very professional, and if we ever have to have any work done again by Mad City we will certainly be asking for Keenan by name!

I wlove my new walk in shower. Wyatt did an excellent job and we are very very happy with his work and the setvice we received.

He was respectful and answered questions all day for us. One day installation. He guessed he should be done around 4. He was finished and pickedup and cleaned up everything and paperwork completed checked out with his manager in his truck and gone at 4:45. Kudos to AJ !!! Thank you

The salesman, the one who measured for windows and the two young men that installed the windows. The young men that installed the windows were wonderful. They were very skilled professionals. The windows look wonderful and has made a big difference on our heating bill. I am looking at replacing more windows in my home in the near future. I will be contacting Mad City to do our next installment.
