  Sales pitch was quite pushy, the guy seemed nice and professional but it is so overpriced for a shower. 2 hours of time such a long pitch before we got to see samples. Of course the “say yes today” price 25% off, still coming in way higher than other quotes we have pursued. After 2 hours I said we could be interested in the coming weeks even with missing out on the “say yes today right now” price but he replied “I won’t be holding my breath.” Big turnoff.

  technicians installed a full kitchen without any permits Tyson. The sales manager said he was in the right, but he was installing my shit with no permits and then Jonathon Lewis the canvas manager told me to get over myself not very professional. I wouldn’t understand what’s going on? Do not recommend this contractor he’s gonna be

  Excellent experience and service through every step on our purchase of replacement windows! Triple pained lifetime warranty! Our installers were professional, courteous and absolutely excellent craftsmen!

  True pleasure to deal with this company. Mark-(sales 5*) worked his tail off to get us a fast tub removal to walk-in shower before 91y.o. parent came home from hospital. We only had a 5 day window and they pulled it off!!! Wyatt Meyer- (installer 5*) is a master of the craft. Fast, clean, professional, and his attention to detail is second to none. Here a 8:30 gone by 6:00. It is hard to find a company that does exactly what and when they say. Mad City is the real deal. Thank You So Much and GOD BLESS ALL INVOLVED.   Mad City Windows and bath's is the only company we will ever have do any kind of remodel or installation in our home. Kris and his partner were here on time and got right to work. His partner was a trainee but he was never slowed down by teaching him and they worked very well together. They were very courteous and respectful and just very pleasant to be around. We had 10 windows replaced and they had the job completed in one day! They did a great job and we love our new windows. We recommend Mad City to everyone. We also had a bathtub removed and a shower installed a couple of years ago and since we only have one bathroom in the house we needed it done in one day. They had the shower and the window that was in there done in one day!! Thank you Mad City for your excellent service and the great people that you have working for you!!
