  Brian, the service tech, fixed both my gas cooktop and garbage disposal problems. In addition he tested my electrical outlets and uncovered some issues that need further investigation. He was very helpful, careful, easy to work with, and professional. Plus the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Green’s superior service and speedy appointment system.

  Our LG Fridge quit working on the day after it’s 10 warranty expired! We called Greens & they sent Nick Shoemaker to our home within 2 hours. I truly appreciate his honesty with us. The compressor was bad & it would have cost at least $1200 to fix it. We opted to replace instead. After Nick left we went shopping for a new fridge. Only I forgot to measure the old one before we left. I sent a text message to Nick & he promptly sent them to me! Over and anove expectations! We will be using Greens going forward!

  When I made my appointment I didn’t think it would be for same day but they came out within the hour and it wasn’t even an emergency. Mike Pederson was very friendly and helpful. Had the part with him and installed it in no time. Also offered to look at anything else I might have an issue with. Tightened up the handle of my dishwasher and rinsed my filter as a courtesy. Highly recommend and will use them again.

  Silas was very professional and courteous. I would welcome him into my home any day to handle my appliance repairs I do think though for no longer than the techs were here to clean out my dryer duct the price paid may have been a bit steep. The price I paid was quoted to me before the men came out to do the work and I think it should have been reduced some once realized it was not a difficult task.

  From the phone call requesting the service to the actual service call to my home to repair my washing machine(same day), I had the best experience. The phone person(John, I think?) was so efficient and friendly. Then Brian(who came out to my home) was also efficient and friendly. Plus, he answered all my questions(very knowledgeable). He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and even gave me some maintenance tips for some other appliances. I will definitely call them again!
