I have been a loyal customer of your company for more than five years. I originally chose Green Heating and Cooling because of its strong reputation and the previous owners’ commitment to exceptional service. Over this time, I have invested more than $25,000 in your services—including a full HVAC system, furnace, trunk line, exterior fan, and screens—because I trusted that I was receiving high-quality workmanship and care.
Unfortunately, my recent experiences have fallen far below the standards I once expected from your company.
From the start of my HVAC installation, I noticed that several airflow pipes were installed incorrectly—crooked, misaligned, and clearly not up to professional standards. Every one to two months, I contacted your customer service team regarding this issue. Despite calling more than ten times, I never received any follow-up from a manager, even though I was repeatedly told someone would reach out to me. To this day, the issue remains unresolved.
More recently, I scheduled an appointment for a technician to inspect my dishwasher. Instead of diagnosing the issue, the technician caused additional damage and ultimately broke the unit entirely. I was then informed that I would be responsible for the cost of the dishwasher your technician damaged. As a result, I have been without a functioning dishwasher for more than four months, waiting for a resolution that has never come.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to escalate the situation, I spoke with Manager Chad, who was unprofessional, dismissive, and raised his voice at me. He showed no empathy and demonstrated no willingness to help resolve the matter. Such behavior is unacceptable, particularly from someone in a managerial role. Additionally, my online reviews about these issues were removed, which only adds to my concerns about transparency.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism throughout this process. As a long-time customer, I expect better from your company. Therefore, I am requesting the following:
1. Immediate repair of the misaligned airflow pipes on my HVAC system.
2. Full compensation or replacement of the dishwasher that was damaged by your technician.
3. A formal written apology for the unprofessional treatment I received from Manager Chad.
I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally. I look forward to your immediate attention and a satisfactory resolution.
