  I cannot give enough praise for the quality of work that they provided us. After buying our first home, we had a few things we wanted help understanding. We called True Comfort to help us. Something that sets an experience up is the person that answers the phone when you’re in need. Kirstin and Alex made the process go smoothly and got us all set up with everything that we needed. Dawson came out and walked us through how our HVAC system works, and even pointed out that we have a whole-house humidifier, something we didn’t even realize. He took the time to explain how to maintain everything so our home runs efficiently through Iowa’s unpredictable and sometimes harsh seasons. When we started renovating our bathroom, we trusted True Comfort to replace the old bathtub and shower surround. Devin, Dawson, and Jason S handled the removal and installation seamlessly. While working, Devin also caught some plumbing issues we had no idea about. As a master plumber, he is incredibly knowledgeable in his craft, but what stood out most was how well he explained everything so we could understand what was going on. He fixed the problems and made sure that the job was done right. A few months later, we didn’t hesitate to call them again to install two new toilets and a vanity, and due to the heavy rain that we have had, our sump pump also needed repaired. Devin came out, gave us a fair estimate, and clearly explained the process. During the job, he uncovered a bigger issue that wasn’t visible until he began to work on the plumbing. He gave me a call and walked me through what he found and what the repair would entail. We trusted Devin and Jason M to handle whatever was needed, and they absolutely delivered. At one point, Devin told us, “I want to make sure you guys are taken care of,” and that’s exactly what he did. True Comfort consistently goes above and beyond, leaving you with a safer, better home when the job is done. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your HVAC and plumbing needs!

  Great service! They came by for the tune up and check up. I took advantage of the maintenance program with their partnership with Midamerican. They explained things well and I felt comfortable talking to them about issues and future options. Bonus points for being so friendly and calm around Rocky, my Chihuahua. He usually tries to eat strangers but he was sunbathing by the guys while they were working on the AC. ✌🏽🙌🏽

  They replaced my AC unit within 2 days of me calling; also had them come in to replace a leaky gas valve on my furnace, again with a really fast turnaround. Super professional and quick to respond, extremely helpful for getting things done right away!

  Dawson and Jason were very punctual and right on time. Both were very friendly and professional. The new AC unit was installed promptly and they both explained everything in detail. Great experience with True Comfort, highly recommend.
