Markie and Kjas went above and beyond what was expected of them. I have been a contractor/builder for forty years. I have done a lot of remodels, built new homes, additions etc. And these young men rank way up there on my list of truly caring craftsmen. One may think these are just replacement windows and a door. Yes that's true. And some are a breeze. Ours however were not. I knew this going into it. Had it been ten years ago I would have done these myself. Im glad I waited! I could not have done these installations any better. As a matter of fact the exterior metal work is the best of ive seen! Incredibly professional! I tried to leave Markie and Kjas alone, although I checked in on them on occasion and found them seriously engrossed in their work! Quite unusual in the trades these days. I want to thank Zach for the sale he made to us. He is a very friendly, professional, honest and kind young man! If I were you and you are calling Window World I would request Zach for the sale.
