He took a look and found a nail. Sensing the deer in the headlights look I had, he asked me to drive to a gas station offering to fill it up so I could make it to a nearby tire center. He even followed me to the tire center to ensure I arrived safely. He kept going after I made it into the parking lot, with a honk and a wave, so I could not thank him again in person. But a company with someone who was willing to take time out of their busy day for an old lady tells me everything I need to know about the company. After reading their reviews, clearly, I am right. I know where I'll be calling once my current membership is up! PS: As an interior designer I cannot get enough of your branding!

When the installation team discovered an issue with our (very old) regulators, I reached back out to a Corbin and he was walked me through the issue and the steps I’d need to take to correct it. He kept me updated every step of the way and got a tech back out to our place the same day the regulators were replaced to ensure my new and existing furnaces were both running properly. I greatly appreciated the clear communication and the speedy service. Outstanding customer service all around from Modern Heating!
