We scheduled install and the work was done right as described in the time we needed it. Very happy with Beth and Jeff and the whole team at Louie's. Plan to use them again soon, and I tell everyone I speak with about flooring that they are my go to place.

The install crews did a great job in hiding seems making sure it was installed correctly to last. With the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff this is the only place I will ever buy flooring!

The installer showed up and saw there was a couch. He left. My sister then moved the couch so the room was empty. The installer came back the next day. He took about 8 hours for a small room. (There were 2 men). We've had this done before. It was done in 4 hours with 1 person. There were some minor flaws. Louie's charged extra for moving furniture. As you can see, the room is empty. I'm grateful they made it right by refunding the mover fee. I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2. It could have been a better experience.
