The part that was sent was too large for what needed to be replaced, so he went out of his way and cut it to size and fix it so we didn't have to wait longer to have our system fixed. We've utilized Kinetico for our whole house softener system and RO drinking system for 10 years and their customer service is always friendly and helpful and their techs are also friendly and knowledgeable.

Showed me which filters needed to be changed and how, should I choose to do it myself. Made it very easy to understand. He was considerate while in my home as he cleaned up after he finished his work, very professional.
