- NNNicholasNov 13, 20255.0Recommend. We had a radon level slightly below the recommended action threshold, but wanted peace of mind. Post-remediation, our radon is "below detectable levels" via our independent testing. We have a partial concrete and partial crawlspace setup, so the work was quite extensive. The crawlspace looks great sealed in plastic. The only slight surprise was electrical - if the installers find your electrical setup to be complicated they will refund you partially and you need to hire an electrician to finish the install. Just be aware of this possibility when going in, or ask about it during the consult. Everyone was polite, prompt, and the workmanship was great.

Well under the EPA action level. We highly recommend them not only for their professionalism but also, for the care they put into placing our system in our home.

They called at the last minute to reschedule my install, resulting in having to wait another month. They did offer a small discount for the inconvenience. Then because of how they had the installer scheduled he couldn't finish it in one day, even through he said usually it should only take 4 hours.

He advised me on how to troubleshoot any problems. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing radon remitigation services. I look forward to retesting as our levels were 25 and 27 confirming elevated levels in our basement.

Their evaluation at our home was thorough, informative, and they answered every question and explained each step of the testing, installation, follow up, and clean up !!! The most impressive part of our experience was when they came to install the Breeze Easy ??? Filtration filters into our Trane furnace and AC system Right away Cary suspected that the Radon Defense filtration system might not be necessary because of the high quality of our existing Trane furnace and AC unit!!! He immediately called the top Radon Defense engineer who looked up tje Trane specs and confirmed that the Trane high end unit had out as much filtration power as the Breeze Easy unit. We did NOT need to purchase the Radon Defense unit!!! We were very impressed and grateful for Cary’s experience and knowledge of the Trane’s value!!!
