We originally started working with a different restoration company that we were very dissatisfied and then Drew at First OnSite handled our reconstruction and we could not have been happier with their service. They expedited and delivered everything to our satisfaction and worked hard to accommodate our concerns and availability. It was a breath of fresh air after working with a different company when our original mitigation company failed to deliver on their promises, insulted us and caused us misery and anxiety. Our other restoration company cared more about developing and cultivating a positive business relationship with State Farm than fairly working with us. That was an unacceptable place for us to be in. Whereas I cannot emphasize enough that First OnSite was always fair, accommodating, reasonable and went above and beyond to deliver quality results. We are immensely grateful for them and they will be our first call should the need arise in the future. If any of our friends and family require this service I will recommend First OnSite. They will get the job done and stick through it to the last bit of work.

They will take weeks to even begin “working” and once they finally do they will overcharge and under deliver at every possible opportunity, conveniently leaving out the atrocious amount they will charge you at the end of your disappointing experience. They will send each worker in an individual van, charging you everyday for rent on each. They will spend days hardly doing any work (i.e. setting up cheap Walmart fans that use your electricity and leave without doing any other work) charging you for workers’ hourly compensation. They will use twice as many resources as necessary (filling trash bags only halfway, wear hazmats suits for only an hour before putting on a new one etc..) and charge you for each one. They will take weeks to do hardly any work, forcing you to resort to doing all the work yourself anyway. They will “restore” damaged property in your house over the course of several months and charge you for putting an insane amount of layers of bubble wrap over obviously ruined items. They will be reassuring you this whole time not to worry about pricing because ‘insurance will take care of it.’ They will then send you a 6 figure bill (for essentially clearing a small portion of the damage out, packaging ruined items and removing some drywall) when they are aware the insurance company has not given you any money yet. Oh and they will put a lien on your house when they give you that bill that they know you can’t pay so they can take your house away from you. The people that run this company should be in jail.
