Let me take down your number and so and so will call you.” Strange, I thought to myself. Wouldn’t a business want to jump on the opportunity in case I was looking elsewhere? Anyways....that was 2 months ago. Good luck to whomever decides to use this place. I certainly won’t and will tell friends/family not to either.
- JJJan JonesFeb 17, 20181.0They took 2 days to return my call. When they did, Carry told me I had to email her my window sizes which made no sense to me. I was calling for a consultation and bid. She argues with me at length and I finally stopped her and said you can either listen (I had already repeated myself 3 or 4 times) and come out and bid or we can go elsewhere. She hung up on me! I called BACK and demanded to speak with the owner who stated he'd set me up with Joni instead. I scheduled an appointment for about a week and a half out. She texts me about 1.5 hours before we were to meet that she had a sick kid and would have to reschedule. With all of these issues, we took our business elsewhere. Since they couldn't handle good customer service at the most basic level nor honor appointments, I didn't want to risk purchasing through them and have to deal with all these issues on an ongoing basis.
