- JMJan MethenyNov 28, 20255.0I needed to pick up some building materials. What I discovered when I picked up my lumber was that the prices were actually cheaper than menards with their 11% discount. What I purchased was what I call green treated lumber for direct ground contact. The selection was very good and it was delivered right to my truck. My experience has been that the customer service has been great and the warehouse delivery forklift driver has been absolutely professional in every aspect. Some of the materials I picked up were extra long and so the team at the store ensured that I had the proper flags and equipment to staple To the product for me to drive at home. Anytime I have needed any product there I just asked to desk and they direct me right to what I need. The only thing that makes me sad about the store is that they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays so I have to be sure that I have planned ahead.
