  A seal broke on our water softener as it was regenerating, spraying two streams of water across our basement utility room, hitting the opposite wall. The floor carpet squares were soaked. Several storage tubs (without lids, never again) were filled with water and the books and personal keepsakes were ruined. Everything was wet. The water seeped under the drywall and soaked the pad and carpet in the walk in closet and some of the bedroom carpeting. We immediately called All Dry after shutting off the water and they sent Blake out within the hour. He was exceptional! He took care of everything, got dryers set up and was wonderful in keeping us calm by explaining everything he was doing and the results we could expect. The quick response and exceptional work saved our drywall and we only need to replace the carpet. They were able to give us a list of Handymen for some repair work on a doorframe. We highly recommend All Dry for professional, knowledgeable and thorough work. We found out later they won the 2025 People’s Choice award. It’s clear why they won!

  All Dry Services was efficient with their assessment of what needed to be done and did not delay in completing the work. The communication was great! I LOVED the stress that their service team took out of a situation that could have been very stressful. Highly recommend!

  All Dry was super helpful when we unexpectedly found mold growing on our basement carpet from a crack in our foundation. They were super prompt to come over the next day to do an initial inspection and were great at answering all my questions and explaining their process and products and how the area would be remediated. They built a really well sealed containment for the area so they were able to remove the mold without risk of it spreading to other areas down to even sealing off the air vents and outlets. They were much faster than I expected at removing everything and even referred me to an air quality expert so we could do air testing before and after their remediation. I really appreciated this so I could have better knowledge of the mold and peace of mind knowing everything was clear after their work was done. I’m hoping I’ll never need these sorts of services again, but if so I will definitely be calling All Dry!

  We had some mold growth in our kitchen as the result of a leak in our fridge's water line. All Dry came out and gave us an estimate and their numbers were in line with others in the area (we got 3 estimates). The crew was very respectful of our home and did as much as possible to preserve the existing flooring, drywall, and cabinetry while removing the mold. They did a very thorough inspection to make sure they were not missing any mold and confined the area to prevent spores from being spread to other parts of the home. They answered all of our questions honestly and managed our expectations. The cost of the work was right within the estimate - no surprises. We hope never to have to have any more mold removed, but if we ever do, we wouldn't hesitate to call All Dry Services!
