  We used All Dry Services after purchasing a new home late last year. I have sensitivities so we used them to sanitize the home before move in. Conner was responsive and empathetic. They offered a discount for a prepay by check, which we did, but prepaying always makes me nervous. They came through as promised. They showed up, as scheduled even after a big snow storm and on the coldest day of the year. Their crew sanitized everything and tore out all the carpet. They brought in hydroxyl generators. We were against using ozone because of its damaging effect so other companies refused to work with us, but it was no problem for these guys. The house smelled fresh and clean after they finished, and my allergies have subsided. It was a great experience and would highly recommend them.

  A seal broke on our water softener as it was regenerating, spraying two streams of water across our basement utility room, hitting the opposite wall. The floor carpet squares were soaked. Several storage tubs (without lids, never again) were filled with water and the books and personal keepsakes were ruined. Everything was wet. The water seeped under the drywall and soaked the pad and carpet in the walk in closet and some of the bedroom carpeting. We immediately called All Dry after shutting off the water and they sent Blake out within the hour. He was exceptional! He took care of everything, got dryers set up and was wonderful in keeping us calm by explaining everything he was doing and the results we could expect. The quick response and exceptional work saved our drywall and we only need to replace the carpet. They were able to give us a list of Handymen for some repair work on a doorframe. We highly recommend All Dry for professional, knowledgeable and thorough work. We found out later they won the 2025 People’s Choice award. It’s clear why they won!

  All Dry Services was efficient with their assessment of what needed to be done and did not delay in completing the work. The communication was great! I LOVED the stress that their service team took out of a situation that could have been very stressful. Highly recommend!

  We live out of town and had a water emergency at our Condo. All Dry Services was very responsive and worked great with us remotely. They were quick to answer questions and explain everything as they went. They did a quick fabulous job! I would definitely refer them to friends and family!
