  Worst effin gutter installation. Do not get your gutters installed from this guy. I have videos of what is done wrong to my gutters. They are leaking so bad. I called for them to come check it out and they have never came out or at least call me back. I file a complaint to the BBB. I want my full refund so I can give my money to a better business.

  I had Allan's install gutters on a detached garage. They gave an estimate over the phone which was fine but they were supposed to install them on a Friday so I could be home. I got a call on Thursday from Todd saying that he thought it was Friday(not thurs) and that he had sent a crew out that morning and had already put up the gutters and wanted to know when they could get paid. I told him no problem, Friday. Well when I got home Thursday night I noticed that the downspouts were installed on the side of the garage that slopes towards the house( the opposite of what I wanted). I was woke up at 645 am on Friday by one of the installers to get paid . When I told him about the situation he agreed that it should have been installed the other way and said no problem they would fix it and would take a half hour to do. This is where I messed up, I paid them. It took them 3 days to get out to install the gutters and now it's been about 2 months. Todd kept saying that they were coming out. There were even a couple days that they said they would do it, no one showed up no one called. Now they won't even return a call and I now have water running towards my house. Immoral, untrustworthy.

  They installed my gutters incorrectly and would not fix it after promising that they would. In addition, they don't answer their phone most of the time and when you can actually leave a message, you never get a call back.
