Some of the main concerns clients generally struggle with in a home build are Size of kitchen / island, master bathroom layout, dining space, living room space, deck size, basement layout, etc. Imagine being able to stand in these spaces before finalizing them. Thats what 1:1 Walkthrough allows you to do to not only feel comfortable with your final plan decision, but also avoiding potential change orders. Or worse, having to re-work a space after you walk through mid build because you don't like how it turned out. I would recommend everyone who builds a home go through the 1:1 Walkthrough experience prior to finalizing your floor plan.
