  We had a leaking faucet problem. They were here within 2 hours did a wonderful job of replacing piping etc Mark did it. Very professional and competitive. I would use them again without question.

  This plumbing service was referred as the contractor for FirstCall who is doing our home repair. We have an unidentified water leak in the basement that needs to be located before FirstCall can complete the repair. Called Complete Plumbing and reached Jeff. I was explaining to Jeff about how we came to discover mold and that we first tried Golden Rule plumbing who couldn't discover the leak location but that there is currently still a puddle in the basement. All of a sudden the call disconnected. Tried to call Jeff back. Then I received an instant text that he's on another call and to just leave information for service. I thought this was odd since I was on the phone with him literally seconds ago. I tried to call again; it went to voicemail. Minutes later, I received a text saying "send me your address and availability." Not sure if the phone just disconnected or if Jeff purposely hung up on me mid conversation. Either way, it's unprofessional to receive that text instead of a call back.
