  We had 4 new trapezoid windows replaced above our sliding doors leading out to our deck on 4-27-26. Lucas and Mike were the installers, they were courteous, professional, and concise, being careful to check measurements of the windows and openings before proceeding to the install. They cleaned up the work area. My only complaint was when I called the office to see if I could change the date of the install that morning due to the weather report of high winds, rain and possible thunderstorm and hail the man I spoke to said “The truck is already loaded”, I explained my husband has Alzheimers and that it would make him anxious worrying about the wind and rain coming in the house, he said they put down tarps. “ i told him ok but that I was NOT happy about it. I didn’t think it was safe for workers to be using power tools in lightening and rain, which they had to do.

  Landon & Morgan were amazing! What should have taken them two days to tear out and install our new shower, they did in less than a day. They were very conscientious, kind and cleaned up. We love our new shower. Thank you Mad City, Landon & Morgan. Great job!

  They were quick and efficient with install. We had an issue with one of the shelves falling after install and when we called they were out within a day to fix the problem free of charge. We love our new shower!

  Mad City replaced a bathtub and surround with a walk-in shower. The installers were very professional completing the job in approximately 5 hours with minimal disruption to our routine. They cleaned any residue and disposed of the old materials. My husband and I were consulted to make sure that the end result were what we wanted. We are thrilled with the finished project. We would definitely recommend Mad City for a quality product.

  Today we had a beautiful walk-in shower installed by Mad City. We love the shower and we were very happy with the overall process and experience. Our installer, Matt Lewis, was meticulous about every detail to make sure he did his job to perfection. We couldn’t be any happier than we are. Thank you, Matt and the entire Mad City team.
