  Got off work thinking I had time to go here. Time in Google said they close at 4:30. Got there and the doors were locked. Could have changed the closing time on Google so I don't waste my time next time.

  Purchased American Excelsior 8' x 112.5' Double Side Excel Blankets from their website. Product was not as shown on website. I have called repeatedly and either get a voicemail or am sent to a voicemail immediately by the rude customer service staff upon stating my issue with no response. I will continue to call daily until my issue is resolved. I would highly not recommend doing business with this company. PO39701305821

  It was 9 days after placing order and still no activity, after given estimate of 5 business days. Finally told order was still processing and asked if I wanted to cancel it, so I did. Waste of time and slowed down a job waiting for some tools. I'd highly recommend finding another supplier!
