  We had them to remodel our bathroom. We went from a tub & shower combo to a beautiful, elegant walk in shower that we are very pleased with.

  I loved the new bath! It was fine in a day as they had promised. The installer Tim, was courteous, professional and worked hard to get it done.

  The salesman, Mike Kroening Came to the house and did his song and dance about how I would be able to open these windows with one finger, not true that there’s a locking mechanism that’s a safety feature on all windows from Mad city and I have huge sliding windows that you could climb right into and there are no locking mechanisms and that you can poke a hole in the screen because it’s a special kind of memory screen and then rub the holes out. The screens are from Menards. He was full of it. The only shining star in this entire experience is the installer Kodie. He was sent here by himself to put in my 111 inch wide window. I was concerned at first, but he proved to be very efficient knowledgeable and capable. I paid $6700 for this window because I thought it had all these special features. The salesman told me about. I’m telling everyone including the Better Business Bureau.

  I bought my house last summer and most of my windows needed replaced, I had Mad City replace my windows They measured my windows had windows made for my house set up appointment to install windows. They were not the cheapest windows I could have bought but they are a high quality window and the warranty is excellent.My dealings with Mad City from start to finish was very professional and pleasant.   Day 1 Lucas installed 9 windows by himself. He did an excellent job in installing and clean up. Day 2 it was literally freezing and Lucas and Ashton came to do the outside trim on windows. Another awesome job from both of them. Thanks
