I would highly recommend the experienced and professional staff of the electric doctor. The technicians came out when I had 10 inches of snow and installed snow cables on our roof and completed all of the electricity for the cables. I called many other electric compand no one would assist is. Thanks for the great job!

Pat was absolutely phenomenal! My power flickered and came back on with only part of the power. He figured it out in no time and showed me the FRIED wires. Explained everything that he was doing and was very knowledgeable! You can't put no price on your life! This guy is without a doubt the guy you want for your electrical problems big or small!

I had these guys come out to a old house we just bought because the power went out in the upstairs and basement. The rep told me I needed $4000 worth of work to get the power back on. I figured out the problem myself and fixed it with $10 worth of fuses. They agreed to give me a refund but it took 3 weeks to receive because they mailed me a check to my home address but not my mailing address and it was returned. It was only a partial refund of $600 so I am out $400 with no repairs at all being done. I regret calling them and never will again. Buyer beware. Get a second opinion.
Attempts at calling me a liar and the 'threats' they accuse me of are unfounded. They are mad I posted on tiktok about them and after they posted a picture of my home online, I asked them to forget my address and leave me alone and I mentioned that I would forget their addresses also. These people should be arrested and put out of business for theft in my humble opinion because all I got was robbed of $400 for an issue that I fixed with $10 worth of fuses. I just want them to leave me alone now but they continue to harass me. I posted a complaint on the BBB. Every time they do something, I do something back. They are not BBB accredited. I am well within my rights to go to anywhere I choose as well as post as many times as I see fit. I will fight back against these people and their nefarious ways for as long as it take to be victorious. I am Publicly demanding the cease and desist instead of escalating. I will not be harassed or lied upon. They accuse me of threats but no threats of violence or property damage have been made, if they have, publish them. They say they gave me a refund implying a full refund, but is was a 60% Refund. Read between the lines. They posted a picture of the outside of my home online without my permission so I looked up their addresses which are publicly available online. I have not taken pictures of any of their homes and published them online or even been out there. They never even said they were sorry. An apology and a prompt and full refund would have left me satisfied and not feeling the need to post a review.
