We chose Mark because he had experience in working with historic properties and has done lots of work throughout our neighborhood. We live in a historic district of Council Bluffs and we love our old home. It was important to keep our brand new garage looking similar to our old garage to honor the history of our house, but we were taking down a cute tiny structure & replacing it with a very large 30' x 50' structure. We knew this would take some talent. Mark took our plans and added his own creative details staying sensitive to the history and setting of our home. The brick work on the garage and concrete work done to the driveway (3000 sq ft) and retaining wall came out amazing. Mark is very efficient and was always available to talk and help during the process of our project. We are amazed to see new life being added to our historic home, thanks to Mark. We highly recommend him. He & his crew are outstanding and a pleasure to work with.
