  The service we have had in the past was very quick, responsive and seamless for all involved. On March 17, 2026, we needed a plumber for the bathroom stool. Very responsive and had us up and running in a matter of 15 minutes. After the plumber left I went in to tidy up the area and notice a large gray scuff mark in toilet. Tried using Comet/Ajax with no luck of getting mark out. Mind you there were NO marks what so ever prior to this plumbing job. I did call and chatted with the receptionist and have been getting excuse after excuse and been patient waiting for “JOHN” to call back. Today I called very cordial to start out, asking for any updates. I was asked if I had any pictures before he did the snake job! I hope she recorded the message, because why in the world would someone take a picture of the stool before plumber got there? The audacity! I told her I could go out to Menards and take a picture of a new stool if that would work. Conversation went down hill from there and waiting now for a call back from a man by name of Alex. I WOULD SUGGEST TAKING BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES OF ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY FORTH or don’t write check until you have inspected the property being fixed. I have had no issues with them up until now, so I learned my lesson for taking their services for granted

  Reliable and professional! We had a major drain issue over the holiday, and they were able to get us on the schedule for the very next morning. The crew was incredibly efficient and respectful of our home. We are back up and running thanks to their quick response. Highly recommended!

  I needed my main line cleaned out to clear a backup. I had called many different contractors and either got the runaround or quoted a price I could not afford at the time. Viper offered a special on a main line cleaning, so I went with them. They scheduled me an appointment right away and the technician (John) arrived on time as scheduled. John was very competent and professional. He resolved the problem quickly and was on his way. I've had negative experiences with drain cleaning in the past (tree roots are horrible in my neighborhood and I have to do this about once a year) but everything went very smoothly. A+ Service!
