  Was told on the phone before purchasing the dumpster that I could have it as long as I needed it. They picked it up anyways with out me calling them. No call before they came or anything.

  Probably the worst customer service I've ever had, horrible communication, then try to price gouge after the fact. Stay away

  Never told me there was a 7 day limit. Took dumpster after 7 days, when it was maybe 20% filled. Will not answer calls or return messages.

  The dumpster we received was completely rusted out on the bottom. We needed it for roofing scraps, as we were having our roof replaced. Needless to say the nails just fell threw the holes along the bottom of the dumpster. Then, it rained a few days that we had the rust bucket in our driveway. Now we have GIANT rust stains left behind. When the gentleman came to pick up the lovely rust bucket, he gracefully walked along my landscaping for a foot and a half the took one big claudhopper step right into the middle of my silver mound bush. Squashed it, completely! I watched him. I opened the door and said why did you just strep in my plant? And he denied it. I called the company and the owner couldn't even return my call! This company is awful! They need to go out of business! I will never use them again!
