  Primo Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace and AC for me late in 2025. They were punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The work was completed just ahead of the first cold blast and has worked well throughout the 2025-2026 Winter Season. Two thumbs up for their service technicians.

  They were timely, polite and very knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose an intermittent problem with our furnace and put in a new control board and get us fixed. Would recommend to others and will use them again!
