  Based on the actions of the General manager, Ryan, we cannot recommend doing business with him. While traveling with our fifth wheel camper, we experienced a blown tire which damaged the camper and resulted in a broken axle. We were able to creep to the nearest exit and pulled into the closest parking lot which happened to be Titan Machinery. It was close to closing but there were two gentleman still in the shop. Two of us talked to them, at separate times. We were both assured it would be no problem to unhook and leave the camper there until we could line up towing. They even went out to see where the camper was and told me that it was perfectly fine where it was because it was not in their way. They said they would leave a note with our information for the first ones there in the morning so they knew why there was a camper on their lot. However, at 7:13 the next morning we received an angry phone call from Ryan telling us we needed to get it off his lot right away or he would call the sheriff and have it towed. I tried to explain why it was there and that we were told last night it would be ok. He said he talked to all of his employees and no one said they gave permission. I have to think the two gentleman were probably afraid to admit it due to the demeanor he showed on the phone. When I told him I would try to get it towed today, he said it NEEDED to be moved, not TRIED to be removed. A few hours later he called again asking for us to move it to the back of his lot until a towing company got there. I again explained it had a broken axle so it couldn’t be moved. I told him we already had a towing company scheduled to move it today so it was already taken care of. I admit I was very frustrated and raised my voice during this conversation as I just couldn’t believe a GM would be so unprofessional. The towing company had it moved out by 3:45. It is disheartening to know that the camper impairing the ‘view of his new equipment’ (his words) was more important to Ryan than being sympathetic and courteous to someone in need of help for a few hours.

  I was broke down needing 18mm bolts they had them. Staff was great extremely helpful and friendly! I can't thank them enough!
