  5 Stars - Treyshawn and Justin were absolutely fantastic and a tremendous help to me. I was unable to get my new stove installed due to issues with the gas line. They were both incredibly kind and in my opinion, went above and beyond during the service call. I was so impressed with their professionalism and care that I signed up for a yearly membership without hesitation. Thank you both for everything you do!

  Would recommend Schaal Heating and Cooling to anyone in the area! They have fantastic customer service and took the time to walk through each aspect of our heating or air conditioning system, providing education, what to look for, or what may be wrong in a way that makes sense! We have had service from Vaughn, Levi, and Donovan, all have a wealth of knowledge and experience to provide customers confidence in the services they provide. They are prompt in scheduling summer and winter check-ups and maintenance even coming out once for us on a Sunday on short notice. We appreciate all of their hard work and you can be at ease knowing they will never charge you for anything unnecessarily as their membership provides great deals, services, and discounts on any repairs. Thank you Schaal, we cannot recommend enough!

  I recently had my AC unit serviced and had a great experience working with Sam Ziebol. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciated his helpfulness and clear communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend his services.

  I had an excellent experience with Schaal during my recent AC service and maintenance here in North Liberty. Joseph did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing the issue quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was how thorough and patient he was in explaining everything, he made sure I understood what was going on and what to expect moving forward. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended service!

  From sales to service we were very pleased. Started off with a phone call with Customer service, to Matt our sales person to the techs that came in and installed our Lennox Airconditioner.The entire process all the staff were great at communicating and following up..that is refreshing! We would highly recommend them for your plumbing and HVAC needs!!
