  I wish I could write a review about work that was actually completed, but unfortunately, we didn’t get that far. I contacted the company Sunday night due to a leaking roof, which in my opinion is a big problem. They were very responsive and told me they would be out the next morning. Someone was at my door at 7:30 AM, which I presumed was the first appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and told me that it would be fixed the same day or the next. I was initially happy about that due to the nature of the problem. Here we come to Tuesday afternoon and no one had contacted me and no one had been to my house. I had to reach out and ask if the work was going to be completed. I was told it wouldn’t be done until the next day. I am so frustrated because here I am with a leaking roof and no one to fix it. Apparently other jobs were more important. I am not going to remove my review. I sent the text at 6 pm to cancel because I was able to find another company to complete to work more timely. I think that late in the evening most people would have assumed no one is coming. Not one time did you keep me updated about what was going on, that a crew was headed over, or that the work was going to be done. At the very least you could have kept in contact with me. The only communication that happened came from my end. I’m also happy to post photos that all of the calls and texts came from my end to prove that I was not once kept in the loop.

  Matt was greats to work with. His crew did an amazing job on our deck stairs and did it in record time. They left the scene better than when they arrived. Very neat and clean. I highly recommend!

  I had Pa's put on gutters and downspouts on our new garage and fix a hole in our roof.. When I called them an actual human being answered the phone and was wonderful to talk to. We made arrangements for them to come out. They gave us a very fair quote and came out and did an amazing job super fast. Remember when 'customer service' used to be a thing? They prove it still is! Well done guys!

  They did not seal my chimney on my roof. P a's did not seal my chimney. They did not put a chimney kit in place and when they did the roofing my chimney was leaking they did not seal my stink pipe this was doing my roof on my house I had to call in another roofing company to get my chimney sealed they did not do the job right that was about 2500 more to fix roof around chimney . I do not recomend pa construction

  The original roof that was used when the house was built needed replaced. I had ~12 quotes from different companies. It was interesting, there was an elevated price variance in the “cost-at-finish” estimates. Pa’s came out to have the best estimate for the material and labor. The owner gave me an estimate, and stuck to it after I made a couple changes. We decided to go with a metal roof (Decra XD shake). It was a little more expensive, but certainly well worth it given the discount on the homeowners insurance we got, and it looks great. Also it give a great peace of mind in the event we get hail or high winds (over here we do all the time). The owner responded VERY quickly to all my e-mails and always answered my calls. The Manager was always on site which was very nice. He was great to manage the job to complete it in a timely fashion. Also, it was great to have the cost not go over the estimate! Overall, Pa’s Roofing and Construction Co does quality work. We are very satisfied with our new roof.
