  Our big picture windows were replaced by Aaron C. This was a heavy job and required exact measurements to fit the entire unit in place. Aaron was extremely accurate in fitting the window unit, and we were deeply impressed. So, we are very pleased with the window and Aaron’ excellent installation work. Joy and Charlie Jacobs

  Will did an incredible job! Working alone he meticulously and efficiently removed,installed and trimmed four windows and a sliding patio door in one day. The windows /door look great and the trim matches my other woodwork. I'm so pleased. Thank you again, Will

  I have used Mad City twice, each time replacing and upgrading multiple windows. Here are the things I loved the most about the experience: 1) Immediate response to my request and constant communication (not overwhelming). 2) Professional, polite, knowledgeable tradesmen. 3) A competitive price. 4) On the day of the work, they arrived on time, worked fast and left no trace. 5) When I had a minor complaint, it was fixed immediately, no questions.

  🛑🛑FALSE ADVERTISEMENT 🚫🚫 Let’s start by saying Chris and his team did a great job given there were 2 brand new workers on his team. And the second day it was a two man crew him and the newbie. Chris is very professional and passionate about his job! Now onto the issues we are having. I have had 3 product issues so far. 1 being the sales guy Brendon put in a wrong window order for my daughter’s room. So when they came out to do the measurements the guy said it may be a change in price since he had to fix the order. He also said if there is a change sales will reach out. They did end up fixing the issue no problem! The second issue was the little window we have on our stairs was supposed to come frosted. It unfortunately did not and it wasn’t in the paper work which again I assume Brendon but I’m not 100% sure! So the resolution for that was to have someone come put frosted film. Well that guy did a horrible job! Air bubbles, uneven lines, even over lapping onto the vinyl part of the window. Resolution you may ask? To have the same guy come out to do a better job… We fell for false advertisement. Brendon sold us on the fact that the windows would be transitioning windows so in the daylight it would obstruct outsiders from looking in. Come to find out per Eddy’s phone call today. “That would be high quality windows. Mad City doesn’t do that.”. So now I’m sitting here like I just spent a lot of money on windows that aren’t “High quality”. We are not satisfied at ALL with how mad city windows conducts themselves! My mother was going to get her windows done but absolutely not! Also all of the people we know around the United States will also know not to fall for them!

  I had called mad city, they insistly got me an appointment for someone to come out for an estimate, which went well. Next day they came out to do all the measurements, and that went well. This was on February 11th. On March 9th and 10 they came to the house and started to work. After everything was done. I was so pleased on how everything worked out, they always kept me updated and always answered any of our questions. Thank you Brian Kelly for a job well done. You deserve a 5 stars. Thank you, Chris and Lois Kelly.
