  Thrilled with our experience at House of Carpets! We recently moved to town and needed to replace three bedroom capets on short notice. Tom VanderVaart was very knowledgeable and helpful in making selections, responsive, accommodating of the rapid nature of our move, and overall great to work with. Rudy and the installation team were courteous, professional, and did a wonderful job. We will definitely use House of Carpets again in the future.

  We had carpet installed December of 2025 by Kyler, and he was phenomenal. Not only are his customer service skills top notch, his installation work was just as impressive. He understood our “perfectionist” ways as he himself can be that way with the wit he does. And it shows! He was very communicative when he was on his way, would be in touch, keep us updated, etc. He was very patient and friendly even when our kids wanted to watch and “help” him. We HIGHLY recommend!! Even before the installation I had never been to carpet store and this was our first time having carpet installed. I was greeted by Tom and he was equally as friendly and accommodating. There was zero pressure, just helpfulness and respect. Pricing was transparent as well. We look forward to working with House of Carpets in the future!

  This was our first time purchasing flooring from House of Carpets. We are very happy with our new LVP and carpet. We worked with Tom, who was very helpful. The installers were great and also helped us with moving a couple heavy pieces of furniture. We would recommend House of Carpets.

  I had a stressful situation of needing to replace carpet due to a crack in our foundation that damaged good carpeting. I am so happy today after seeing the replacement I chose installed. Kyler Wifmer did an impeccable job and was so kind. He helped turn an unfortunate situation into a positive. Thank you to Amber too.
