  Find a different company. This review is long overdue. A few months ago I had the unfortunate experience working with this company. They had a disclaimer on their pre-work documents that said “our work is messy.” But they failed to mention that their workers will do absolutely NOTHING to mitigate any mess at all, or clean up after themselves. They never told me how long the work would take. I came home to my entire house COVERED in drywall dust. And literally all it would’ve taken was some tape and plastic to protect my home, furniture, and pets from the dust. There’s one archway separating my kitchen, where the work was being done, and the comfort of my home. If someone had come in and told me, “hey you should tarp that off to protect your home.” I WOULDVE. But no one cared enough to look after my home and my families health. I’ve never had to hire drywallers before, nor have I ever been around when it’s being done. So this company comes in and after day one, I’m cleaning up my home, vacuuming, wiping up alllll surfaces my infant son will be touching, just to get a text the next day that they’re coming back! Yay! I had no idea they were coming back until I’m already at work and they text they’re on their way. I thought they were done. Not only did they come back, but they STILL did absolutely nothing to mitigate the drywall dust. Cool, love that. So after day two, I think they’re finally done. NOPE. I get a text from my MIL of all people reporting that they’re back. This time (still no mitigation) my infant son is home and my MIL has to evacuate the house all day to get him away from the dust. Because for some reason the team thought it would be an awesome idea to gas out my family. My son is in the next room and they just start sanding, completely unaware of what they’re doing. Absolutely horrible foresight from these people. I had no idea they were even coming. Then my MIL reports they left all of the doors open, and I specifically told them and the office lady that the doors need to be shut because of my cats. So they almost let my cats out. One of the workers also broke my oven, which at the time was the ONLY way I could make food for my family. My kitchen remodel was NOT planned. We had a pipe burst. I think this company needs to remember that they’re not just working for people who are remodeling because they have money. People are remodeling because they have too. And when they provide these poor experiences, it makes these situations a million times worse. I probably would’ve let this go and not said anything, because I know I’d never ever ever use this company again. But then the same exact situation happens to a family member who unfortunately was referred to this company. Also Dawn didn’t really seem to care when I sent her some complaints. Also didn’t seem to care a whole lot when someone on her team broke something on the job site. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Find someone else. Someone who actually cares about you and the health of your home. Someone who will actually keep a clean jobsite and give a shit. These guys will just start sanding and not care at all where it’s going. And when I say they do absolutely nothing to keep the dust to a minimum, I mean it. Find someone who gives a shit, these guys don’t.

  If the experience with Dawn taught me anything its that I will absolutely not be using this company. Awful professionalism and was completely fixated on the ceiling which isn't even a a concern and not actually concerned for the real project not to mention did not wanna do any actually work. Never ever would I recommend.

  So impressed!!! Eric and everyone he sent to do the work were AWESOME! They did great work, and were wonderful to work with! They went above and beyond to get my work done. I felt like I was the most important customer they had. Already have been recommending them to friends 😊
