  Jason did a fantastic job on this very challenging project! Our home is over 100 years old, and the shower update was badly needed. He communicated throughout, and stayed late to make sure the job was completed on time. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

  My husband and I decided to have Mad City come and replace two older windows in our home after talking with Bob B. The widows were laser measured and custom built for a precise fit. The whole process was completed in just under two months which we thought was very impressive for having the windows custom built. Cody D. and Greg L. were extremely professional, and they both did an outstanding job with the install process. Everyone that we worked with from Mad City was very informative, knowledgeable, and truthful throughout the whole process. We are satisfied that we trusted Mad City, and would no doubt use their services again in the future. Also would recommend others to give them a shot. Thank you Mad City.

  Want to thank Mad City and their workers for the excellent and very professional install they did for us. Kyanne and Greg were my installers and both very friendly and professional. They laid out the entire process for me when they got there the morning of, then promptly got to work. Did a full install of seven windows in one day. Cleaned up very well when they had finished. Going to use them again for a few more windows next year after this experience. Highly recommend, and hope to get this crew again.

  The actual window installation process was great. Justin Murray and Ryan did a phenomenal job at doing a quality install while being efficient, respectful, and cleaning up when they were done. They're the reason this is a 5 star review. The only 2 issues we had were 1. When the salesman originally came out, (aside from some incredibly aggressive sales tactics) he made a really big deal about explaining how Mad City does not use subcontractors for window installs due to quality control, insurance issues, etc. but that they employ all their own installers. But when the crew came to put the windows in, when I asked, they said they were subcontractors for Mad City. Now, we have zero issues with Mad City actually using subcontractors, or the subcontractors themselves (as I said above, they did a great job). Our issue is the salesman making false claims in his sales pitch. It damaged the trust we thought we could have in Mad City. Make sure your salesmen are giving correct info. 2. After the window install I filled out the final payment form and was told I could post-date it so it wouldn't process immediately. I was assured that the date I chose (1 week after install) would be the day they would process payment. However, the very next day I got a notification that the payment had been processed already and when I called to ask why, all I got was a voicemail and have gotten no response from anyone so far.
