Although the finished product looked great in my bathroom, the service was far from great. After almost 9 weeks of ordering the glass, I had to call to see if it had came in and when it would be installed. Installers had to come out to my place three times before completing the installation due to incorrect measuring and a missing piece. We were extremely disappointed in how long this took and felt some kind of discount should’ve been given due to all the issues.

We were recommended this business by our contractor and were greeted by an impatient, rude and disrespectful lady. With the best of intentions on making a purchase there, those plans went right out the windows with some of the worst customer service we've ever encountered. We would not recommend this company to anyone. Other businesses deserve your hard-earned money.Trust me

I needed a shower door removed to begin a renovation. Communicating with Scott from the start was a wonderful experience. He was quick to respond and was willing and patient to give me help in making decisions to suit my changing ideas and schedule. The two men who came to my house were on time, quick, clean and professional. It is clear Glass Concepts cares about the work they do and the team that represents them. It is a very professional company and a pleasure to work with.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!
First of all Scott was a very nice and personal salesman and I could tell he had experience in what he was selling.
My wife and I purchased a door for our new steam shower in early December 2016, we were told by Scott that the custom door would take 2-3 weeks so we ordered it. After 5 weeks with no word I called Scott and he acted like it just came in, We scheduled the installation and they didn't show, I called and he gave me some excuse but "whatever" because we needed a shower door so we scheduled it again, they showed up and installed the door late January 2017.
A few days later I realized that the top seal was never installed and created a quarter inch gap which lets the steam escape so I called the office and talked to Scott's wife Kathy with my concerns, she told me that Scott needed to deal with this and she would leave him a message.
I never heard from him.
I called and left 2 more messages over the following 2 months and still no call back.
In April I received a email from Kathy with the remaining bill attached, again I responded that I am happy to pay the bill after they completed the job, Still no response.
I decided in October that I would give them one more opportunity and emailed Scott, He called me the next day and told me that he never got the messages. Whatever the excuse he gave me didn't really matter to me because I just wanted the job completed. He told me the day and time that they would be here to finish the job so I stayed home from work to meet the installer at 9 am sharp.
Guess what? he never showed, I called Scott 35 min after and left a message then I went to work(2 1/2 hours late). He didn't call me back until 5:35 pm and acted like it was no big deal and wanted to come the next day. I was so frustrated that I told him he deserve a chance to fix it and that I would hire another company to finish the job.
My plan was to pay the other company and deduct their cost from the bill and pay off Glass Concepts but Scott's first response was to yell at me and say "I'll see you in court" and them hung up.
This company has no leadership, They obviously don't communicate with each other and they have no respect for legitimate customer concerns.
I've been in business myself for 36 years and know what it takes to be successful, obviously they don't.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
