The gentleman on the phone was a great detective in tracking it down even when the number on the part didn't match the parts listing of it and when the name for it my husband was given wasn't the right name. Not only that, they had it on hand so we could get back into hot water! 😁 It wasn't a convenient location for us being so far down on the southside, but they sell to the public and offer a wide array of plumbing parts. Grateful for a quick solution.
