  Appointment was to be between 4 and 6pm guy never showed up got a text about 1032pm night of Appointment saying the service agent had arrived and had left but was never spoken to nor even seen agent on my cameras which cover my entire yard. I would give zero stars if I could

  Reached out to this company to get an estimate for roof replacement. Scheduled an appointment online, got confirmation via text and email: no one showed up or contacted me that appointment couldn't be kept. Reached out later that evening by phone: pretty sure I was speaking to a "bot". Received a text the following day (also pretty sure this text exchange was a bot or AI also). In the text exchange I explained that an appointment was made and not honored without any communication. It ended with them saying they would get my information to the team and they would be in touch. Never heard anything after this, it's been 2 weeks. Beware they seem to rely on bots/AI to do business and communication and follow through is severely lacking.

  For the most part, he was a good person. He did his job, but he had a recommendation for me on what to do to my roof since rain was coming.And said he would put it all in his report of what he talked to me about and everything, and that I would have it yesterday on March 29th. And i called yesterday 3-29-26 and didnt hear nothing back and now I called again today 3-30-26 and waiting to hear back. And its going to rain and now im gunna be screwed

  Daniel truly wants to help. He put in the late hours to accommodate my schedule and did everything he could to make this project happen. Seamless is great because of their employees like Daniel. Callie and his team were amazing and fast. They completed the entire project in 1 day. Clean and beautiful when they were done!
