  I’ll start by giving credit where it’s due — the owner stood behind his word. He delivered a quality product, and when the first door didn’t meet expectations, he ordered a new front door to make it right. That level of integrity deserves five stars, no question about it. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. I hired this company to replace a lower-quality door I installed myself during COVID because I wanted a professional installation done right. I got the better-quality door, but not the expert installation I paid for. The workmanship simply isn’t there. This is our second door, and it’s performing worse now that the weather has changed. A brand-new door shouldn’t bind, stick, or be hard to open — especially when it’s installed by supposed professionals. I’m not a picky customer, but when my seven-year-old granddaughters can’t even open or close the front door, that’s a clear sign of poor installation. These are French doors, and it’s obvious to the eye that one door sits higher than the other. The gap between them narrows at the top, which is exactly where it sticks. Any experienced installer should have caught that immediately. Some might think this sounds like an easy adjustment, but trust me — it’s not that simple. I wish it were. After two doors and ongoing issues, I can confidently say the product is great, but the installation was not. That’s why I’m giving two stars.
