I had a major water leak in my house that was so bad it drained down the walls into my basement. It turned out to be a pin hole leak in water line running to my refrigerator. They went out of their way to rearrange their schedules to come to my rescue instead of making me wait for next available. I highly recommend TMI for any of your home service needs and because of their prompt friendly service I am seriously thinking about purchasing their home warranty plan. I truly cannot thank them enough for going way above and beyond in the service they provided in my time of need.
