We had a water leak that saturated the carpeting in one of our rooms in our lower level today. We were unsure where the water was coming from but thought it could potentially be our water heater. Robert from TMI got the call, responded immediately and was at our house in a flash! He confirmed that it was the water heater. He identified that it was covered under our home warranty plan and immediately set to work to replace our faulty water heater. Upon our request, he also installed a water heater drip pan to mitigate any future damage should the same thing happen again! He was very professional and took great care to ensure that our home was kept as neat as possible with little mess and that we were provided with a quality replacement. His dedication to quality customer service and maintenance support along with the previous employees we’ve dealt with are the reason we have remained TMI customers since moving to the Quad City Area on 2007!

I was pleasantly surprised that I got an earlier than expected tech showing up today rather than Friday! Nick was very courteous and anxious to get right to the problem with confidence. Five minutes later and mission accomplished. Nick also gave me advise on how to prevent this issue again. I'll personally be asking for him if I have problems in the future.

Was not happy with overall service. Was told I had to call an electrician because tech was not a licensed electrician to look at junction box installed by TMI when H-VAC was installed back in 2018. $520 later i find out the problem was loose wiring in the junction box, which had melted the wires and connecting cap. Not too mention tech did not connect all the lines and electrician had to trouble shoot after wires were re connected and power to heater was restored. None of this should have happened in the first place not to mention how much damage could have happened to my house with the faulty wiring. If he was not qualified to work on the entire system someone else within TMI should have come out to fix.

Ralph was absolutely amazing! I will be calling and specifically asking for him for all my future appliance repair needs . Extreme attention to detail and expertise as well as consideration for my own personal personality and wishes beyond what I’ve ever seen in a repair person . He said he doesn’t read these reviews but he is definitely a rarity ! I also felt the price was fair and was extremely grateful that they were able to come just hours of me calling and asking. Thanks for helping me today so I can have nice warm dry towels this week ! Keep this kind of service going ! Was beyond impressed!

Really appreciate TMI’s service and convenience all around. They have text communication to schedule the appointments which I really appreciate as a filthy millennial. My water heater sprung a leak two days before the holiday but they were able to get a tech out the next morning.
Mike was incredibly awesome at his work. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and replace the heater all within a two hour timeframe. (Bonus points for liking our cats, lol)
The best part is the replacement was all covered under the company’s home warranty plan so all I had to pay was the service charge. Highly recommend TMI and will stick with them for any future maintenance needs.
