  Francisco Villagomez was our repairman. Our furnace quit working Sunday afternoon. We called TMI at 8:00 AM today and the girl I talked to said someone would be out between 10:00 AM-12:00 PM. She called back and said they had a cancellation and would be right out. She was so nice. Francisco came within 10-15 minutes. Checked the furnace. Discovered the problem. Ordered the part, Went and got the part. Put it in and was done shortly after 10:00 AM. He was very friendly and professional and explained everything to us. From Jack and Judy Hansen

  Joshua Maring from TMI Inc. delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish on our recent waterline installation for our new LG refrigerator. He was exceptionally considerate, walked us through clear options for the installation, outlined the work order with professionalism, and then executed the job with impressive diligence and efficiency. Josh had everything completed before we even realized it, and his attention to detail gave us total confidence in the final result. The added veteran’s discount was a thoughtful touch that spoke volumes about his integrity and customer care.   If I could do six stars I would. Partly because it's a better number than 5, but also because of my outstanding experience with TMI. I received a very fair qoute on a water heater replacement. Joshua Maring was the plumber responsible for doing it and he went above and beyond. Answering all my questions. Cleaning up afterwards. Doing the job quickly and efficiently all while communicating. This whole experience is why TMI will be handling my plumbing needs from now on and hopefully the same plumber is sent each time. Anyone that gives this company less than 5 stars is likely an unhappy person in general. TMI for the win everyone!

  We had Ralph from TMI out yesterday to look at our fridge. I appreciate how communicative he was before the appointment in letting me know when he was on his way. He was quick at diagnosing and fixing the problem, cleaned up after himself, and charged a very reasonable price. Thank you so much! Also, as a side note, the customer service at TMI was also great in helping me schedule an appointment and identify what help I needed. I have only gone with TMI once, but based on my experience, I would use them again!

  Had them come out because one burner wouldn’t light after reconnecting our stove following new flooring installation. I had already cleaned the burner and tried troubleshooting multiple times before calling. The technician came, turned the knob, and the burner immediately lit. He said it may have had moisture in the line from a prior deep cleaning. No additional work was performed. I was still charged $100 for the visit despite no repairs or adjustments being made. I understand service call fees, but it was frustrating to pay that amount for something that resolved by simply turning the knob. Disappointed in the value of the service provided.
