I got a quote online then went into the store to setup pickup and drop-off time. They were knowledgeable and friendly and were able to answer the questions I had regarding size of the lift. I needed to return the lift on the weekend and they were very accommodating. We had a little trouble with the lift after about 6 hours of work. They had a technician to us within an hour of calling and he was able to straighten out the issue. They were very apologetic and gave us a partial refund for our troubles. Overall this was a great experience and would recommend United Rentals to any company or individual.
