Their project manager Chaz and his Forman and working staff did a great job on my roof. Chaz’s customer service and follow up is impeccable. SSRC Is definitely the company you would want for your roofing needs.

It was difficult to know whether it was a gutter problem or a roofing problem. It took months to figure this out, but Steve and Shon assured me that they stood behind their work and would resolve the problem. They always responded promptly, always showed up on time, and always kept me posted. They didn't just walk away after they'd been paid, never to be heard from again like some other contractors. Though frustrating at times, I never felt abandoned , and I think the leak is resolved. Professionalism, and commitment to quality, and pride in your work are qualities we all want in our contractors. My project was a nightmare, but the roof is secure, thanks to Steve and Shon and Jen. You can be assured that no matter what, other problems you may encounter in your project, your roof will be taken care of.
